What is PEMF?

Pulse Electromagnetic Field Therapy is used widely across the globe as an integrative approach to improving the body’s natural healing and regulating abilities.

Think of the battery in your car, or the phone you operate daily. Slowly they begin to run out of charge, eventually your car won’t start, and your phone would not function. Although we usually don’t think of our bodies as a battery, we really are no different. Our bodies are electromagnetic; our brains use electromagnetic signals that fire down our spinal cord to our limbs and back to our brains to communicate with every bodily system. Did you know our planet emits an electromagnetic field measured at 7.8 hertz that must be combined with around 8 million global lighting strikes per day to allow our planet to sustain life! Without thunderstorms the earth would not be able to withhold it’s electromagnetic charge, and just like the earth, our bodies are being constantly drained and need recharged.

When the cellular charge within our body becomes depleted, inflammation, pain, and disease begin to manifest. The cells begin to store toxins, and the membranes begin to shrivel decreasing the mobility of water and nutrients to pass. These cells become stagnant in the body, lacking the voltage to properly function. This is where Pulsed Electromagnetic field therapy is so beneficial as it is able to penetrate to the cellular level, gently pulse on the cellular membrane allowing the toxins that have been held inside to flush out and allow water and nutrients back into the cell. The cells are replenished with voltage and restored to their natural ability, allowing the body to more efficiently heal and overcome pain, injury, and disease.
